Customization process
Everything is handmade to order and most items take about 2 weeks to create before they ship. I do sometimes adjust my schedule when needed, so please let me know if you are in a rush.
Shipping
All items are sent First-Class mail.

If you need to upgrade shipping for a faster arrival please let me know.

If you would like me to ship your gift directly to the recipient, please include a personalized message and I will send a special note card addressed from you.

Lost, Damaged, Delayed or Stolen Items from Packages:
Embroidery Just 4 U is not responsible for lost, damaged, shipping delays by USPS or stolen items once they are received by USPS. We take responsibility for making sure that your items go out on time (or sooner!). We have absolutely no control over what happens to the package once it is accepted by United States Postal Service.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If we make a mistake, we will absolutely make it right.
Additional Policies and FAQ
All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That’s the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight color variations from what is shown on the made to order photos and proofs.
Also, remember, the colors you see on the proof/preview sent to you are from a COMPUTER program, NOT the actual thread used to stitch the items out. Due to discrepancies among color monitors, the colors on your computer monitor may appear differently than the actual products.

Embroidery Just 4 U is not responsible if any of the information provided is not accurate. Please make sure that you check all the details thoroughly before placing your order. If you've received something with an error, let me know and it will be corrected and reshipped ASAP.

Birth announcement pillow designs/proofs will be sent out to be approved by each customer before the pillows are actually made within 24-48 hours. Once approved and stitched out, no changes can be made. Clients are responsible to review all the information sent on the proof is 100% accurate.
All pillow covers are 14x14 and include the pillow insert.

Care Instructions: We recommend that you hand wash your items or wash inside out in a garment bag on the delicate cycle and lay flat to air dry.
